THE FIVE-YEAR VISION FOR ĐÀ NẴNG RISING W.F.C.

From One Team to a Nationwide Movement — And One Day, Our Own Stadium

When we trademarked Đà Nẵng Rising W.F.C., it was never just about football.

It was about rewriting the system — one where women lead, girls are compensated with dignity, and sport becomes a structure for healing, growth, and generational power.

In a landscape with no semi-pro or pro U20 women’s 7-a-side league, we’re not joining the system.
We’re building it.

The Challenges We Face

  • No League System: Women’s 7-a-side football in Vietnam has no official league or structure, leaving young players without a clear pathway or motivation.

  • Financial Limitations: As a brand-new semi-pro team, every cost — fields, uniforms, equipment, coaches, player support — requires funding, while sponsorships are scarce.

  • Cultural Mindset: Women’s football is still viewed by many as a hobby, not a career, which limits support and opportunity.

  • Recruitment Hurdles: Many young women have never had access to organized training, and those who dream often face pressure to abandon sport for “traditional” roles.

We know building something from scratch is never easy. But every big dream begins with a shaky first step.

That’s why we are calling upon the community — businesses, local authorities, football lovers, and believers in equality — to join hands with us. Your support will light the path for girls in Đà Nẵng to stand on the pitch with pride.

Our Pilot: Vietnam’s First Structured 7-a-side U20 Program
